JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
We are hiring an Amazon Listings Virtual Assistant to support our e-commerce team with product listing creation, uploads, and catalogue maintenance across multiple Amazon marketplaces. This role requires someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working inside Amazon Seller Central. You will be a key part of ensuring our product catalogue is accurate, compliant, and up to date at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and upload new product listings across Amazon marketplaces as directed by the internal team
- Manage parent/child variation structures, product attributes, and listing data
- Enter product details including titles, bullet points, descriptions, sizes, HS codes, and images
- Upload pricing, inventory, and attribute updates via flat files, StoreFeeder, and Seller Central
- Ensure content is correctly formatted and consistent across all marketplaces
- Update image sets, A+ content, and brand store elements when provided by the creative team
- Run scheduled accuracy checks to ensure all listing content is correct and current
- Monitor listings for suppressions, variation breaks, mismatched attributes, image removals, and compliance issues
- Flag and escalate listing problems to the team and assist in resolving them
- Upload compliance documents and maintain high data quality standards
- Communicate clearly via email, Slack, WhatsApp, and ----------
- Follow internal SOPs, workflows, and instructions from the Listing Supervisor

Mandatory Skills:
- Demonstrated experience as a VA or in an Amazon catalogue/listing support role
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central listing processes and flat-file uploads
- Familiarity with parent/child variations, product attributes, and catalogue structures
- Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Sharp attention to detail and strong commitment to accuracy
- Able to work independently, follow processes, and deliver on time
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively

Preferred Skills:
- Experience across multiple Amazon marketplaces including UK, EU, US, Canada, or UAE
- Familiarity with StoreFeeder or other multi-channel listing tools
- Experience updating A+ content or Amazon brand store pages
- Understanding of Amazon suppression issues and how to resolve them
- Experience using ---------- or similar project management platforms
- Background in fashion, apparel, or consumer goods e-commerce
