JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE
We just launched our AI Agents Course and our community is growing fast on ---------- . We need a passionate, hands-on expert to be the face of our technical support — someone who lives and breathes AI agents and genuinely loves helping beginners "get it."
You'll be our community's go-to person: answering questions, recording quick Loom walkthroughs, and answering ticket in the ticket desk. You're not just answering questions — you're building confidence in people who are brand new to this space. If you love teaching, building with AI tools, and being part of an exciting growing community, this role was made for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Answer member questions daily inside our ---------- community with clear, beginner-friendly responses
- Answer our support ticket desk — responding with Loom video walkthroughs when needed, not just text answers
- Create short Loom recordings showing members exactly how to set things up step by step
- Serve as the technical lead and community support — keeping members unblocked and moving forward
- Keep the community active and engaged — spark conversations, share tips,

TOOLS YOU'LL WORK WITH
Claude, ChatGPT, Manus, GemSpark, N8N, Make, ---------- , Zoom, Loom, and other AI agent and automation tools

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF…

You have hands-on experience building AI agents using tools like Claude, Manus, GemSpark, or similar
You can explain technical concepts in simple, friendly language for complete beginners
You're comfortable on camera — Zoom calls and Loom recordings don't intimidate you
You genuinely enjoy community building and helping people succeed
You can work independently and manage your own schedule
You have strong written English — clear, warm, and professional

BONUS POINTS

Experience with no-code or low-code AI automation platforms
Prior experience as a community manager or online course support lead
You've created tutorial content or taught tech topics before
Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM workflows
