Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Ottawa is looking for a passionate customer service professional to engage with customers on behalf of the company. Open to full-time employment with a flexible schedule that includes rotating and weekend shifts.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintaining the productivity and quality of company operations by:
> Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
> Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services
> Coordinate delays in schedule with customers and service technicians
> Use customer development techniques to solicit work through phone, email, mail, and personal customer contacts
> Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
> Work closely with staff to communicate any challenges and come to a resolution.
> Monitoring and implementing standard operating procedures.

Background & competencies we’re looking for:
> Experience with call handling in a BPO environment/call center is a must!
> Proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
> Strong verbal & written communication skills in ENGLISH are required.
> Must be willing to work a rotational shift including weekends.
> Must have a quiet environment to work, away from background noises.

Technical Requirements:
> Good working laptop/computer, i5 or higher
> Stable high-speed wired internet connection of at least 20MBPS or higher
> A stable power supply in your area
> Noise cancellation headset
