JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive Customer Support & Sales Representative who can support customers while also assisting with recovery, retention, and membership-related concerns. This role blends customer care with light sales and relationship-building, ideal for someone who is confident communicating value and resolving objections.


Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries related to memberships, subscriptions, and access

Support payment issues, failed transactions, and account recovery

Engage with customers to prevent cancellations and encourage retention

Clearly explain offers, upgrades, and membership options

Follow up on incomplete signups or failed payments

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes


Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in customer support, sales support, or account management

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable handling objections and sensitive payment conversations

Ability to explain products and services clearly and confidently

Results-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach

Organized, dependable, and responsive


Nice to Have:

Experience with subscription or membership-based businesses

Background in retention, recovery, or customer success
