We are an e-commerce jewelry brand looking to scale our paid social campaigns across multiple markets. We need a creative, conversion-focused video editor to produce high-performing Instagram Reels and Ads that drive sales.
The Mission
Your goal is to turn raw footage, product images, and trends into thumb-stopping, high-converting video ads in both Spanish and English. You understand that in e-commerce, the first 3 seconds of a video dictate its success.
Core Responsibilities
Direct-Response Editing: Create engaging, fast-paced video ads (15–30 seconds) optimized specifically for Instagra
Bilingual Content Creation: Write highly effective on-screen text, captions, hooks, and call-to-actions (CTAs) in both native Spanish and fluent English.
Hook Creation: Develop strong visual and textual hooks for the first 1–3 seconds to maximize watch time across both language demographics.
Trend Adaptation: Incorporate culturally relevant trending audio, native text overlays, and dynamic transitions while maintaining an elegant brand aesthetic.
Variation Testing: Deliver multiple variations of a single concept (e.g., swapping the first 3 seconds or the CTA) so our media buyer can A/B test effectively.
Requirements
Languages: Native/Fluent Spanish and Fluent English are mandatory. You must understand how to write compelling sales copy in both languages.
Experience: Proven portfolio of e-commerce video ads (preferably in the fashion, beauty, or jewelry niche).
Software: Mastery of CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Meta Ads best practices, including platform "safe zones" (so text isn't covered by Instagram's UI).
