Customer Support Specialist (Full-Time, E-commerce)

We’re a fast-growing e-commerce brand looking for a full-time customer support specialist to manage all customer communication.

What you’ll do:

Respond to emails, chat, and social messages (in Dutch)
Handle order issues (tracking, delays, refunds)
Resolve complaints quickly and clearly
Keep the inbox organized and response times fast

What we need:

Full-time availability
Strong written English + translation in Dutch
E-commerce support experience (Shopify)
Problem-solver mindset
