Content Creator – Scale a Global SaaS Company

About the Role

We are looking for a high-performance Content Creator who wants to help build and scale a global SaaS company.
This is not a “post a few times per week” role. This is a growth-critical position, where your content will directly impact:

- Brand awareness
- Lead generation
- Product adoption
- International expansion

You will work across two products:

- CitizenOne (70%) – a platform for social & healthcare organizations
- Obiyen (30%) – an all-in-one business platform

Your Mission
Build and execute a content engine that drives growth.

You will create:

- Videos (YouTube, LinkedIn, short-form clips)
- Blog posts (SEO-focused)
- LinkedIn content (primary channel)
- Newsletters
- Landing pages (WordPress + Elementor)
- Press releases

Everything is connected.

One idea ? multiple formats ? multiple channels

What You’ll Be Doing

- Plan and execute weekly content production
- Record and produce video-first content (this is critical)
- Write high-quality SEO blog posts
- Create LinkedIn posts that build authority
- Build and publish landing pages
- Repurpose content across all channels
- Work closely with founders to extract insights and ideas
- Contribute to international growth strategy

Weekly Output Expectations

- 3–5 LinkedIn posts
- 1 blog post
- 1 newsletter
- 3–5 videos (recorded + edited)
- 1–2 landing pages
- Content repurposing across channels

What We’re Looking For

You are:

- A strong writer in English (mandatory)
- Comfortable on camera OR able to direct video production
- Able to think in content systems, not one-off posts
- Fast, structured, and execution-focused
- Interested in SaaS, tech, and growth
- Not afraid of responsibility

Language & Market Approach


All content is created English-first
Then localized into Danish, Swedish, and Norwegian (as we scale)
Focus markets:
Denmark ? Sweden ? Norway ? Finland ? Netherlands ? Germany ? UK

Bonus:
- Experience with SEO
- Experience with B2B / SaaS
- Experience with WordPress / Elementor

- Needs weeks to produce content
