Web designer (Figma)

We are a German web agency looking for someone who can help us with designing Websites preferably using Figma. This position is not about building the website but just creating the design based on instructions we get from the clients.

Our perfect candidate would be someone, who:

* Is available for 5-10h a week (on average - sometimes we have more projects, sometimes less)
* Speaks English on level B2 or higher
* Has multiple years of experience designing websites using Figma
* Talks openly about problems and questions (mistakes happen, we just need to know about them)

Some info on us:

* Our agency was founded six years ago and focuses on website design and development
* As of September 2023 we support around 400 companies and organizations with their WordPress websites in the form of maintenance, development, design, migration and optimization
* Our core team consists of three web developers and one customer support/project manager all between the ages of 25 and 35
