We're hiring a serious Instagram DM Setter who has experience and can follow structure, qualify properly, and move business owners toward booking a call.

This is a performance-based position with strong earning potential.

Monday–Friday
5 AM–1 PM Central Time

What you'll do

Reply quickly to inbound DMs, comments, likes, and story replies
Send personalized outbound messages per hour
Follow our proven SOP exactly
Qualify business owners properly
Book qualified calls for the sales team
Track conversations in Google Sheets and CRM
Submit a daily KPI report
Hit daily minimums: 100 DMs sent, 3–4 intro calls booked (elite: 150 DMs, 7–9 calls)
You're a good fit if you

Write fluent, natural English
Type fast and stay organized
Understand sales psychology
Can follow structured processes
Have strong, reliable internet (with backup)
No power interruptions — backup generator required
Can focus full-time (no other jobs)
Have prior DM setting or appointment setting experience (preferred but not required)

Compensation structure

Base salary: $400/mo ($200 paid bi-weekly)
3-day paid trial before full commitment — if it's a good fit, you're in.

Commission

$50 per closed deal

Performance bonuses

5 deals ? $250 bonus
10 deals ? $500 bonus
15 deals ? $750 bonus
20 deals ? $1,000 bonus
Example monthly earnings

5 deals: $400 base + $250 commission + $250 bonus = $900
10 deals: $400 base + $500 commission + $500 bonus = $1,400
15 deals: $400 base + $750 commission + $750 bonus = $1,900
20 deals: $400 base + $1,000 commission + $1,000 bonus = $2,400
There is no income cap. Your performance determines your pay.
