AI Fashion Designer (Womenswear) – Commercial / Trend-Based

We are a womenswear fashion brand focused on creating high-selling, trend-driven styles using AI tools. We are looking for an AI Fashion Designer who can quickly turn ideas, references, and trends into commercially viable products for the US, Mexico, and Colombia markets.

This role is not about artistic design — it is about creating products that sell.

You will use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and other platforms to generate, refine, and iterate designs. You must be able to take existing styles and transform them into new, improved versions with better fit, stronger visual impact, and higher selling potential.

Your daily work includes developing dresses, two-piece sets, skirts, tops, and jumpsuits, and creating multiple variations (prints, colors, cuts) from one core idea. Speed, efficiency, and commercial thinking are critical.

The ideal candidate understands fast fashion brands like Fashion Nova, Zara, and Revolve, and knows how to design for different customer groups, especially US, Latina, and Black women. You must understand garment structure, fabric behavior (stretch vs non-stretch), and how to design pieces that enhance body shape and drive conversions.

You must be highly detail-oriented and able to follow instructions exactly. If you cannot follow specific design requirements, this role is not suitable.

As part of the application, you are required to submit 2–3 AI-generated womenswear designs, including:
• Design concept
• Target customer
• AI tools used
• Why the design will sell

This is a performance-based role with long-term opportunities for designers who can consistently create designs that convert into sales.
