Project Manager – Growth & User Acquisition (Philippines)

- WorkWhale is a newly launched job platform for Filipino job seekers and we need a driven, self-sufficient Project Manager to own and grow our paid subscriber base from the ground up.

Your Job

- Plan, manage and execute a daily strategy to find Filipino job seekers, sell them on the platform, and convert them to paying subscribers. You choose your methods: organic outreach, community posting, paid ads, or anything that works. This is your project to own and deliver.

You Must Be:

- Based in the Philippines
- Experienced in project management, digital marketing, or lead generation
- Able to plan and execute your own acquisition strategy independently
- Target-driven and entrepreneurial — you think like a business owner
- Fluent in Filipino and English

Compensation

- $500/month base salary
- Significant performance bonuses tied to paid conversions — the more you deliver, the more you earn
- All tools and ad spend are self-funded from your package
