Role Summary
We are hiring a sharp, reliable VA to make outbound cold calls using our proven script. Your ONLY job is to book 15-minute discovery calls with service business owners (power washing, window cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, electrical).

We are a US-based service helping local businesses recover missed calls and book more jobs automatically.
We provide the system that automatically captures, qualifies, and books their inbound leads so they stop losing money on missed calls. You simply fill the owner’s discovery calendar so we can close new clients.

What You’ll Do
50–100 dials per day using our exact script
Follow the script structure exactly (natural delivery is expected)
Strictly: Permission ? Problem acknowledgment ? Validation ? Calendar ask
Log everything in GoHighLevel

Pay Structure
(Hybrid – Performance + Stability)
$7.00 per hour base pay (paid weekly via Wise/PayPal)
Weeks 1–2 (ramp): $15 per booked discovery call
Week 3+: Ability to raise up to $25 per discovery call that books AND shows (verified within 48 hrs)
Top performers can earn $1,400+ USD per month (performance-based)
Performance Expectations (after training)
2–4 qualified bookings per 100 dials
Minimum 80 dials per day required to remain active

Requirements (must have)
Strong, clear, neutral English (record a 30-second voice sample reading the script opening — we’ll send it)
Prior sales or call-center experience preferred
Quiet workspace + stable internet
Available during US business hours (Iowa time zone)
