We're a healthcare clinic in Northern NSW, Australia providing dental prosthetic services directly to patients — no middlemen, end-to-end care. We're a small, growing team and we're building the systems to scale. You'll be working directly with the business owner, not a manager in a chain.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing VA to own our paid advertising, social media, and reporting. This isn't a "post and pray" role — we want someone who genuinely understands performance marketing and can bring ideas, not just execute tasks.
You'll work approximately 4–5 hours per day, long-term.
What You'll Do
Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (we have live campaigns — you'd be taking ownership)
Plan and schedule social media content across platforms
Update and maintain our website (static HTML — no CMS, basic HTML comfort is a plus)
Build and maintain weekly/monthly performance reports
Bring proactive suggestions — if you see an opportunity or a problem, say so
You're a Great Fit If...
You have 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience (not just boosting posts)
You can read campaign data and make decisions from it
You've worked with healthcare, allied health, or service-based businesses before (a plus, not required)
You're honest about what you know and what you don't
You want a long-term role where your work actually matters
