JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a TikTok-first performance marketer who knows exactly how to turn paid spend into consistent, scalable sales. TikTok is your primary platform and where you'll spend most of your time. Meta is your second lever.

TikTok — Primary Focus
• Own and lead the full paid strategy on TikTok for e-commerce clients
• Plan, execute, and optimize Standard Ads and GMV Max campaigns with a ROAS and revenue mindset
• Build and manage TikTok Affiliate programs; recruit creators, structure commissions, and drive GMV
• Leverage Spark Ads to amplify top-performing affiliate and creator content
• Build and segment cold, remarketing, and lookalike audiences optimized for conversion and scale
• Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and copy to identify winners and scale fast
• Analyze TikTok Ads Manager performance and make data-driven decisions
• Stay current on TikTok Shop updates, GMV Max changes, and algorithm shifts that impact performance

Meta — Secondary Support
• Plan and execute Meta campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) aligned with the TikTok funnel strategy
• Monitor performance, optimize for ROAS and CAC, and ensure both platforms work as a cohesive growth engine

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS
• This is a remote full-time contractor position
• Must be available during US working hours (9am-5pm)
• Great written and verbal English is a must
• Proven experience in TikTok and Meta. Previous experience driving success is a must.
