The Studio & Procurement Manager will manage purchasing, logistics, and studio systems with precision and care. Support the design team in transforming ideas into finished spaces, ensuring that each project is executed smoothly and beautifully.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the full procurement process for FF&E, lighting, textiles, and accessories — from proposals and purchase orders to installation.
2. Place, track, and reconcile all orders while maintaining real-time records and updates.
3. Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and fabricators to confirm pricing, lead times, and production details.
4. Coordinate shipping, warehousing, and delivery logistics to guarantee timely and damage-free installations.
5. Maintain strong relationships with warehouses, freight companies, and delivery partners.
6. Troubleshoot procurement challenges, including damages, replacements, or delays.
7. Prepare and issue proposals, invoices, and purchase orders; reconcile vendor invoices and maintain clear communication with the business manager/accountant.
Qualifications
1. 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or project coordination — experience within a high-end interior design firm is required.
2. Deep understanding of FF&E procurement and familiarity with luxury vendors and custom fabricators.
3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
4. Detail-oriented, proactive, and calm under pressure.
5. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Comfortable working independently in a remote structure
