Woocommerce - developer - expert

We have a wordpress / woocommerce site. It caters to our online consumer sales and hopefully soon our wholesale e-commerce site. However, we would like a gift module built to our woocommerce consumer site, where a customer can buy a gift for a friend. We're assuming there must be plug-in for this, but I haven't researched. We estimate this job will take 4 hrs and the budget is $15
