About the Role
Ronin Socials is a full-stack content marketing agency building out content ecosystems and paid ads for high-ticket service businesses across the United States. Our clients include tax attorneys, financial advisors, wealth managers, and similar professional service businesses that have historically been underserved in the digital content space. Our goal is simple: build trust with their audience, generate visibility, and turn social media into a real business asset for these firms.
We're looking for a graphic designer who specializes in Instagram theme page-style carousel content. If you can make scroll-stopping, polished, brand-consistent carousels that feel native to the platform, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Designing Instagram images and carousels on a recurring basis for professional service clients
Using Canva and AI tools to source and generate visuals
Researching and sourcing copyright-cleared imagery appropriate for each client's brand and audience
Following brand guidelines and adapting your style to fit more traditional, trust-oriented industries
Delivering assets at a consistent cadence with minimal revision cycles
This position will also require light research to confirm accuracy in content.
What We're Looking For
Fluent in English, copy clarity matters in this niche
Must be proficient in tools like Canva and AI image tools (nanobanana and higgsfield)
Solid understanding of basic design principles: typography, hierarchy, color, layout
Knows how to find and verify copyright-free images (Getty, Unsplash, licensed AI outputs, etc.)
Understands what performs on Instagram, especially in the B2B and B2C professional services space
No minimum years of experience required, your portfolio is what matters
Proof of generating views and link clicks with your content
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience scheduling and publishing content (Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, etc.)
Prior work with finance, legal, or professional service brands
Send your portfolio and any engagement stats or social proof from past designs. We are not looking for the longest resume, we are looking for the best work. Show us carousels or images you have designed, especially anything in professional or high-trust niches.
