We’re hiring a skilled video editor for a fast-growing YouTube automation channel focused on police bodycam footage, arrests, and real-life crime stories.

???? What You’ll Be Editing:
• Real police bodycam footage (traffic stops, arrests, investigations)
• True crime-style videos with clear storytelling
• Viral-style content designed for high retention

? Editing Style (Very Important):
• Fast-paced, engaging cuts (no slow pacing)
• Simple, clean editing (no over-the-top effects)
• Strong intro (hook + context of what’s about to happen)
• Smooth flow throughout the video
• Clean outro to wrap up the story
• Basic zooms, captions, and sound effects to increase retention

???? Content Strategy:
We focus on viral topics by selecting:
• High-tension police encounters
• Trending/arrest cases
• Footage with strong emotional or shocking moments
• Stories that keep viewers watching until the end

???? Requirements:
• Experience editing YouTube videos (preferred: bodycam or documentary style)
• Understanding of retention editing & storytelling
• Ability to follow a proven format and replicate viral styles
• Fast turnaround time
