Fraser Cleaning Services is a residential and commercial cleaning company based in Ithaca and Syracuse, NY. We have 90+ recurring clients and are actively expanding into the commercial market — apartment complexes, property management firms, and office buildings. We run a tight, professional operation with a small remote team and we take quality seriously.
What you will own
This role is outbound-only. You will be responsible for generating qualified commercial leads and booking discovery calls for the owner. This is not an admin or customer service role.
Cold outreach via phone, email, and text to commercial prospects (property managers, building owners, apartment complexes)
Follow up on warm leads using our existing Syracuse outreach tracker.
Log all activity in our tracker after every outreach attempt — call made, email sent, response received
Hit a weekly target: TBD outreach attempts and 5 qualified conversations minimum
Report results every Friday in a short Slack summary
What a qualified lead looks like
A prospect who has responded positively, confirmed they have a cleaning need, and has agreed to a call or meeting with the owner. No, a voicemail does not count.
You are a strong fit if
You have done appointment setting or cold outreach before — B2B preferred
You are comfortable on the phone and do not avoid calls
You are organized and update trackers without being reminded
You can work at least 4-7 hours per day during US Eastern Time (9am-5pm EST)
Your English is clear and professional — written and spoken
You have a quiet workspace and reliable internet.

This is not the right role if
You prefer to stay in your comfort zone and avoid cold calling
You need heavy supervision or daily check-ins to stay on task
You are looking for a purely admin or data entry position
Hours and pay

Starting at 15-35 hours per week. Rate based on experience — include your expected hourly rate in your application. Performance bonus available for closed commercial contracts.
