(Insurance Claims – TPA Experience Required)

About Us:
We are a well-established reconstruction company based in Michigan, USA, with over 30 years of experience in the insurance restoration industry.
We work directly with major third-party administrators (TPAs) such as Alacrity, AccuServe, and Contractor Connection, providing high-quality restoration estimating services for insurance carriers and property owners.
We are currently in a growth and expansion phase, including building our online presence and modernizing our internal systems to support long-term scaling of the business.
We are looking for a reliable, long-term tea ---------- mber who can take ownership of the estimating process and support our daily operations.
Position Overview:
Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday.
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (U.S.)
• Includes 1-hour unpaid lunch break
Primary role: Xactimate estimating and XactAnalysis workflow management with administrative support as needed.
IMPORTANT: 24-hour turnaround required for all estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
Xactimate & XactAnalysis:
• Create detailed estimates using Xactimate
• Upload/manage estimates through XactAnalysis
• Handle rejections, revisions, and communication with adjusters
• Ensure all estimates meet TPA requirements
• Maintain 24-hour turnaround time
Administrative:
• QuickBooks invoicing
• Email management and follow-ups
• Scheduling and customer coordination
• File and documentation organization
Requirements:
• Xactimate experience (REQUIRED)
• XactAnalysis experience (REQUIRED)
• TPA experience (Alacrity, AccuServe, Contractor Connection or similar)
• Construction/restoration background
• Ability to manage estimate rejections and revisions
• Strong English communication skills
• Reliable internet and workspace
• Willing to work Eastern Time schedule
• Long-term commitment
Compensation:
• Up to $8.00/hour
• Paid weekly
