We are a U.S.-based eCommerce company specializing in mobility scooters and power wheelchairs, and we are hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to handle inbound phone calls,
The role is full-time (40 hours per week), with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, and includes a 1-hour paid break. Compensation is $1,400/month, along with 10 days of paid time off and 7 sick days annually. No work is required during approved leave.
We are looking for someone with strong spoken and written English, as communication with customers is a critical part of this role. Prior experience in phone-based customer service is required, and experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM is preferred. You must have a reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a backup internet and power solution in case of outages.
Performance will be measured based on response time, call handling, accuracy in order processing, and overall customer satisfaction.
