JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly experienced E-Commerce Fashion Dropshipping Order Manager with proven hands-on experience working with the Service Points fulfillment platform. If you have not worked with Service Points before, please do not apply — this is a hard requirement for this role.

About the role:

We are a fast-growing dropshipping fashion brand and we are genuinely excited to find the right person to join our team! As our Order Manager, you will be at the heart of everything we do — making sure our customers receive exactly what they ordered, on time, every time. If you are someone who loves bringing order to chaos, takes pride in getting the details right, and thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, then we think you might be exactly who we are looking for!

What you will be doing:

You will own the full order journey from the ---------- nt a customer hits "buy" to the ---------- nt their package lands at their door. This means quoting products with suppliers to make sure we are always getting great prices, negotiating better deals where you can, and catching any discrepancies before they become problems. You will carefully check that every order has the right variants — the right size, the right color, the right style — so our customers always get exactly what they paid for.
You will keep our order tracking spreadsheet accurate, up to date, and organised every single day. Statuses, tracking numbers, supplier references, notes — everything in its place. We rely on this and we need someone who takes real pride in keeping it spotless.

You will be our go-to person for all supplier communication — following up on delays, finding quick solutions when something is out of stock, resolving shipping issues, and handling quality concerns with a calm and professional approach. You will work hand in hand with our customer service team so they always have the right information to keep our customers happy.

And beyond the daily work — we would absolutely love it if you spot patterns, flag issues before they grow, and bring ideas for how we can do things even better. We are always looking to improve and we truly value people who think ahead.

What we are looking for:

Proven hands-on experience with Service Points is an absolute must — without this, we are not able to move forward with your application. Alongside that, you bring real experience in e-commerce order management in a dropshipping environment, you are confident in Google Sheets or Excel, and you are the kind of person who is naturally organised and on top of every detail. You stay cool under pressure, you are a clear and friendly communicator in English, and you genuinely enjoy being part of a small, driven team that is building something great together.
