JOB DESCRIPTION:

We're Moongreens ( ---------- ) — a nightly sleep and recovery supplement brand launching in the US in June 2026. Built by a serial founder with 15+ years in consumer brands. Small team, real ambition, no fluff.

This is the most important hire on the team. You are the right hand. You'll touch almost everything — and what you do will actually matter.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

Customer Service

Gorgias inbox management (tickets, order queries, refunds)
First response and resolution, escalate edge cases to founder

Community Management

Replies to comments on Meta ads
TikTok + Instagram inbox, DMs, shares
Organic social comment replies (using a tone-of-voice framework we'll build together)

Creator & Gifting Ops

Influencer tracking via SocialSnowball
Gifting outreach coordination and follow-up
Chasing deliverables, logging results

Investor & Outreach

AimFox management
Wefunder community management and email nurture
Investor research and list building

Content Ops

Uploading blogs to the website
Organising video assets for Meta ads
Posting support and overflow as needed

General Ops

Weekly snapshot reporting
SOP documentation over time
Ad hoc tasks as directed

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- You write like a human, not a VA. You can pick up a brand voice fast.
- You've worked on a DTC or consumer brand before — you know what brand voice means in practice.
- You context-switch without dropping things. One hour CX, next hour gifting tracker.
- You're proactive. You flag problems before they become fires and you propose solutions.
- You're comfortable learning new tools. Gorgias, Shopify, Slack, Google Sheets — you're not afraid of any of them.
