Product Designer

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a highly reliable, creative, and detail-oriented Product Designer in the Philippines to join our remote team. You will play a key role in shaping user experiences across web and digital products, collaborating closely with developers, marketers, and project managers. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and strategic—someone who understands not just how things look, but how they work and perform.

Core Responsibilities:
Product Design
- Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for digital products, such as websites and apps
- Translate business goals and user needs into design solutions (such as high-fidelity designs and prototypes)
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Work with the marketing team to optimize designs for conversions and performance
- Conduct basic UX research, competitor analysis, and usability improvements
- Maintain and evolve design systems and UI consistency across projects
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to internal stakeholders

Communication & Operations:
- Excellent written and spoken English (C2 level)
- Comfortable with time tracking + screenshot tracking during work hours
- Highly computer-savvy (Google Docs, Sheets, Jira/Confluence, Slack, web tools, etc.)
- Familiar with using AI tools to boost productivity (preferred)
- Willing to handle research, data entry, and admin/VA tasks when required
- Hard-working, self-driven, and accountable
- Self-driven, accountable, and able to learn independently and solve problems
- Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or similar roles
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and app design work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and usability
- Ability to think strategically about user flows, not just visuals
- Experience using project management and documentation tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Pumble, Jira/Confluence, ---------- , Asana, ClickUp, Trello, etc.)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience working with developers and understanding of basic front-end constraints
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in conversion-focused design (CRO, landing pages, funnels)
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress and page builders like Elementor
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Experience working with international clients or agencies

Technical Requirements:
- Stable and reliable internet connection
- Reliable laptop or desktop computer
- Backup plan for internet or power interruptions
