We are a rapidly growing Digital Product Creators company focused on helping entrepreneurs turn their knowledge, skills, and ideas into profitable digital products using our all-in-one system powered by Go High Level.

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Community Operations Specialist who is both professional and personable—someone who can confidently support, train, and guide our members while contributing to a high-performance, results-driven environment.

Role Overview
In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact within our community. You will support new and existing members by providing guidance, answering questions, and helping them successfully implement our systems to launch and grow their digital products.

This position requires someone who is not only knowledgeable, but also comfortable leading trainings and clearly teaching Go High Level in a way that is easy for others to understand and apply.

Key Responsibilities
• Onboard new members and ensure a smooth, professional experience
• Provide timely and effective customer support
• Host live trainings, onboarding sessions, and Q&A calls
• Train members on Go High Level and system implementation
• Guide members step-by-step as they build and launch their products
• Monitor progress, increase engagement, and support retention efforts
• Conduct outreach and follow-ups to keep members on track
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and results-focused community

Additional Responsibilities
• Assist with certification and training programs
• Lead workshops or step in as a trainer when needed
• Support revenue growth by recommending relevant products and services
• Help members fully utilize the platform to achieve their goals

• Experienced in training, coaching, or leading groups

• Comfortable communicating clearly in both group and one-on-one settings
