Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Merchant Services)

???? About the Role

You will call business owners in Las Vegas. (restaurants, auto shops, retail, etc.) and set qualified appointments for our sales team.

You must be comfortable:

Getting past gatekeepers
Controlling the conversation
Handling objections in real-time
Booking high-quality appointments (not fluff)
???? Responsibilities
Make 150–250 outbound calls per day
Call during Las Vegas business hours (PST)
Speak directly with owners/decision-makers
Deliver a strong, natural pitch (not scripted)
Overcome objections confidently
Book qualified appointments
Log all activity in CRM
? REQUIREMENTS (STRICT)
2+ years B2B cold calling experience (U.S. market REQUIRED)
Must have worked night shift / U.S. hours before
Clear, confident English (minimal accent)
Proven ability to set appointments consistently
Strong objection-handling skills
Reliable internet + quiet work setup
Professional headset
