JOB OVERVIEW

We are not looking for someone who only launches ads and watches ROAS all day.

We want a real ecommerce media buyer.

Someone who understands creatives.
Someone who understands psychology.
Someone who understands why ads scale.
Someone who actively helps improve the entire creative process.

You will work directly with:

creative strategists
video editors
graphic designers
ecommerce managers
brand managers

This role is NOT just media buying.

You are expected to actively help improve:

videos
graphics
hooks
ad angles
ad texts
landing pages
creative direction

You should constantly bring new ideas into the company.

For example:
“This hook is performing best.”
“This style of video is scaling.”
“This graphic is increasing CTR.”
“We should test this angle next.”
“This advertorial style would work better.”

That’s the type of person we want.

Your responsibilities:

Launching & scaling Meta ads
Writing ad copy
Reviewing creatives before launch
Working closely with editors/designers
Giving feedback on videos & graphics
Finding winning ad angles
Tracking performance daily
Helping improve CTR, CPA & conversion rate
Communicating with the creative team constantly
Helping organize testing structures

Requirements:

Strong Meta/Facebook Ads experience
Ecommerce scaling experience
Understanding of winning creatives
Must understand hooks, CTR, retention, CPA
Strong communication
Highly active on WhatsApp
Fast execution
Problem-solving mindset
Independent thinking

IMPORTANT:
If you only know basic media buying and cannot help improve creatives and strategy, this is not for you.

We want someone who understands the full picture of ecommerce advertising.
