Virtual Assistant – Research, Outreach & Customer Support (Healthcare / Coaching)

I run an online business helping chiropractors and health practitioners grow their practices.

I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with two areas:

Research & Outreach (primary focus)
Find chiropractors and health practitioners online
Review their websites and online presence
Identify opportunities for improvement
Send short, simple outreach messages (I will provide examples)
Customer Support (secondary, growing role)
Respond to basic customer emails or messages
Help direct customers to the right resources
Keep communication organized and professional

This role will start with research and outreach, and may grow into more customer support over time.

This is NOT mass spam outreach — attention to detail and quality matter.

What I’m looking for:
Strong written English
Detail-oriented (you notice things others miss)
Able to follow instructions and think independently
Organized and reliable
Comfortable working online and learning new tools
