I own a local electrical service company in Maryland/Washington DC. I am looking for a virtual assistant to help build a targeted list of businesses that may need electrical services.
This role is research only — you will NOT contact any companies.

Build a list of:
Property management companies
Apartment complexes
Assisted living facilities
Commercial businesses
Contractors and remodeling companies
Restoration companies
Home builders
Collect and organize:
Company name
Phone number

Email (very important)
Address
Website
Type of business
Deliver all data in a Google Sheet
Project Scope:
Initial project: 50 leads
Opportunity for ongoing work if performance is good

Requirements:
Strong internet research skills
Good attention to detail
Ability to find accurate contact information
Experience with lead generation is a plus
