Overview: We’re hiring a proactive, detail-oriented Supervisor VA to manage day-to-day operations across a portfolio of short-term rentals. This role requires strong problem-solving, fast response times, and the ability to oversee cleaners, vendors, and guest experience end-to-end.
MUST HAVES (Please DO NOT apply if you don't have most of the must-haves below):

-AIRBNB STR Supervior experience for portfolio with 30-50 + units in the US with at least 2 years of experience being a supervisor
-Available in the PST hours range we posted below
-Airbnb Claims experience
-Articulate, lead well, and can communicate well/make several calls to vendors, cleaners, guests daily
-We're looking for Super Star A-PLAYER - a high-performing operator who is both a problem solver and a systems thinker. We will provide SOPs and structure, but you must be able to figure out the “how” — whether that’s resolving issues independently or building simple systems (people + process) to prevent them from happening again.
This role is best suited for someone who takes ownership, thinks critically, and improves operations—not just follows instructions.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage guest communication across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, and direct bookings
Troubleshoot guest issues (WiFi, access, appliances, etc.) before escalating
Oversee reservations, calendar accuracy, and special requests
Coordinate cleaners (scheduling, confirmations, photo review, quality control)
Manage vendors & maintenance (calls, quotes, scheduling, follow-ups)
Track supplies, damages, and inventory across units
Handle escalations and support Ops Manager as needed
Maintain logs, SOPs, and daily admin tasks
Requirements:
Strong English (written + verbal)
Experience in short-term rental / hospitality / VA role
Excellent multitasking & problem-solving skills
Comfortable making calls to guests, cleaners, vendors
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Familiar with Airbnb, PMS tools, and channel managers
Work Setup:
Remote, full-time, 2 days off a week
Must work during PST hours (it would be a 9 hrs shift within this window of 7AM-8PM PST. Specific shifts start and end time by day will be discussed based on team needs upon hiring.)
Weekend coverage required (especially Sun/Mon mornings)
