Appointment Setter / Outreach Specialist (DM & Lead Generation)

We are looking for a reliable and proactive outreach specialist to help generate leads and book appointments. This role includes both finding and messaging potential clients. You will be responsible for identifying prospects such as public adjusters, property damage attorneys, and contractors using platforms like Google, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, then reaching out to start conversations, following up consistently, organizing leads, and booking calls. Daily expectations include finding 100+ new leads, sending 100–200 messages, and maintaining follow-ups. The ideal candidate has good English communication, is comfortable messaging new people, is organized, consistent, and self-motivated. This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow, offering $400/month plus performance bonuses.
