I am creating a small content creation team of 2 video editors/social media managers/virtual assistants.

1 person will be hired first & the second will be hired 1-2 months later after best practices are established. Eventually, the team can work together d ---------- their own scheduling for each week.

I have 2 content based brands which need a lot of video editing & short form clipping for marketing.

Brand #1: ---------- /livejn
- the current kind of content on that page isn’t a good representation of what you will be asked to edit, but that’s the brand you will be editing for.
- you will be asked to cut daily 3hour-7hour livestreams into short 10-20minute vlogs. These vlog edits will be fairly simple. Only including ---------- nts featuring high intensity action, emotion, connection or discussion.
- from these “highlights”, you will be asked to create engaging clips of each ---------- nt and post these clips on across all social media platforms
- there is also a miscellaneous quota for posting other kinds of related content to foster the most engagement. example: trial reels of previous popular content

Brand #2: ----------
- I am a head coach of this dating company teaching men social & seduction skills.
- I will be recording my coaching sessions to be similarly cut into engaging shortform captions.
- I will also shoot shortform & longform lesson based videos which will need to be cut, edited & posted onto all social media platforms

Primary Skill Required: Vlog-style video editing & high volume posting across all social media platforms (up to 50+ posts per day)
- editing & project sharing on adobe premiere pro. (I can pay for your monthly subscription)
- the most important skill is understanding emotionally impactful & engaging content. I will have 10 years of experience as a content producer. If I can create edits better than what the candidates can produce, they will be released or not considered for employment.

Secondary Skill: Miscellaneous work as a social media manager/virtual assistant to help with each brand’s needs as they arise.

This is what the hiring process will look like:
1. I will review applications.
2. I will select desired candidates and send them an example vlog of what I’m seeking to create.
3. Selected candidates then should edit an example vlog from a new 3hour-7hour livestream. As well as three 8 second to 30 second shortform trailer edits; ideally deeply moving/engaging. An example will be provided. (You will be paid $20 for this trial)
4. From the work reviewed, I will select whomever seems like the best fit and work is scheduled to begin by April 15th.

Candidate must:
- be fluent in English
- provide examples of their body of work related to what this job requires
