Role Overview
Mysterious Adventures Tours LLC, a USA-based company, is a Multi-Day Tour Boutique Operator Organization. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Executive Office & Operations Manager to support a growing international travel company. This role works directly with leadership and requires strong operational coordination, customer service awareness, and confidence managing financial and administrative processes.
This is a high-responsibility role suited for candidates who are proactive, dependable, and experienced in structured, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Support leadership with daily operations, task management, and execution
• Manage customer communications, bookings, and traveler records
• Track payments, monitor installment plans, and follow up on overdue balances
• Assist with accounts receivable and basic bookkeeping support
• Maintain accurate records across systems (CRM, financial, operational)
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to confirm services and details

Requirements (Must-Have)
• Proven experience in travel/tourism, hospitality, or tour operations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)
• Experience working within a CRM system (HighLevel experience a strong plus)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong customer service mindset and professional communication skills
• Experience with payment tracking, collections, or basic bookkeeping
• Ability to work independently with high accountability and follow-through
