Real Estate Lead Generator and Cold Callers

Hello! I am looking for an excellent real estate professional who can generate leads and cold call sellers as the leads come in. This person should have experience in real estate, wholesaling in particular is ideal but can be taught. You would need to be able to locate motivated sellers, answer calls as they come in, and help to get the properties under contract. The role will develop into a more full time role as things progress. I have scripts that can be used when speaking with the sellers and will teach how to offer the correct prices to sellers.
