Cold Email Marketing Specialist

We are a fast-growing company focused on helping businesses generate leads and sales through modern marketing systems, AI tools, and automation.

We are looking for an experienced Cold Email Marketing Specialist who knows how to build, launch, and optimize cold email campaigns that actually convert.

This role will start part-time but will quickly grow into long-term ongoing work across multiple projects and clients.

What You’ll Be Building

You will help us create a cold email system that:

Uses platforms like Smartlead, Instantly, Mailgun, or similar tools
Produces highly personalized emails that feel human-written (not robotic)
Automates fast response handling (within minutes of replies)
Generates consistent B2B leads and booked appointments
Scales outreach while maintaining strong deliverability

Key Responsibilities
Set up and manage cold email campaigns end-to-end
Build and maintain strong email deliverability infrastructure
(domains, inboxes, warmup, DNS, etc.)
Write and test high-performing cold email copy
Implement personalization using AI
Monitor campaign performance and optimize results
Set up automated reply workflows and follow-ups

Required Skills (Must Have)
Proven experience running successful cold email campaigns
Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices
