The Role:
This is a consistent, daily position. You will take raw reaction footage and turn it into a high-retention viewing experience.
Daily Long-Form: Edit ONE 8-12 minute 'Reaction Style' video per day.
Daily Short-Form: Extract 1-2 viral-ready 'Shorts' or 'Reels' from that daily long-form video.
The Editing Style: We do not use heavy B-roll. We focus on fast-paced 'Reaction' editing. This includes:
Dynamic Framing: Using punch-ins and zooms to emphasize facial reactions and key talking points.
Audio Mastering: Balancing the host's microphone audio with the original video audio so it sounds flawless.
On-Screen Graphics: Adding bold text call-outs for names or facts, and dynamic captions for the Shorts.
YouTube Growth & Bonus Skills:
We are looking for a partner to help build this channel. If you have proven experience growing a YouTube channel, that is a massive plus. If you can also create high-clickability thumbnails and handle the backend SEO/uploading, you will be moved to the front of the line.
Compensation & Growth:
Starting Salary: $75 USD per week.
Workload: 1 long-form edit + 1-2 shorts daily (Approximately 1.5–2 hours of work per day).
Growth: This is a performance-based partnership. As you help grow the YouTube channel, increase views, and boost monetization, your pay will increase right alongside it. We want you to win as the brand wins.
