Experienced Graphic Designer

Looking for someone who would take on a full-time position as graphic designer for my company.
We are marketing agency in the US.

This person should have extensive experience with Photoshop and have at least 2 years work experience.
Additional training will be provided to qualified candidates.

Here are the requirements:
- Personal access to Adobe CS5 Studio (Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver is a must)
- Fast Internet connection
- No major power outage issues
- Work very efficiently
- Communicates well via writing and voice
- Work well with others
- Good attitude and always eager to learn and advance
- High attention to details and can deliver work on time
- Have good design sense.
- Must show past work portfolio
- Some experience with web design is a plus
