Virutal Asisstant - Designer Focused

We are looking for someone to help with design and image creation so we can streamline our Facebook Ad Conversion Funnel processes. The opportunities for work revolve around FB Ad Images, Zipify Page Images, Email Marketing Images, Video Thumbnails and any other miscellaneous areas of the funnel that require work with design and images.

We use Shopify for E-Commerce and Zipify, a DIY Shopify Page Builder, to build our web pages


We are looking for a designer who can also complete basic tasks to take over full responsibility of all image creations, formatting & uploading for the following tasks:

(1) Multiple FB Ad Image Creation
-Multiple images variations created for A/B testing purposes with Depositphoto stock photo sourcing

(2) Zipify Pages
-Landing page image creation (1 image per page)
-Left/right image creations (2 - 4 images per page)
-Compressing JPEG images via www.compressjpeg.com to optimize for Page Speed

(3) Klaviyo Email Marketing Images
-Create images to fit the theme of each email accordingly

(4) Video Thumbnails
-Any videos posted on specific Zipify pages will require a thumbnail designed for Wistia, our video hoster

(5) Any other miscellaneous designs and images that needed to be created for our website & social media presence
-These responsibilities will grow, evolve and become more clear as the working relationship progresses

The first couple weeks of work will be around 10 hrs./week, depending upon the speed of your execution. Once we have established an effective working relationship, we can expand your responsibilities to assist with designing the Zipify Pages using the builder (with training) if this is something of interest.

Work load will increase heavily over the next 60 days as we begin to launch more FB Ads and streamline our Zipify Page creations.

Wage/salary listed will start at $150/month+ and can increase up to $300/month+ once project scope is definitely outlined... Looking to start with small tasks to test and qualify your ability to execute and meet expectations, in a timely manner. After 2 weeks, the $300/month+ wage/salary will be fixed and/or increased according to work load.
