We are looking to onboard a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support & Client Account Assistant to help manage client communications and resolve customer issues efficiently.
In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, handling support-related concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. You will also be required to process and manage customer payments or refunds promptly when necessary.
