JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to onboard a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support & Client Account Assistant to help manage client communications and resolve customer issues efficiently.

In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, handling support-related concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. You will also be required to process and manage customer payments or refunds promptly when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat in a timely and professional manner
Assist clients with issues related to their accounts or services
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate when needed
Process customer payments, refunds, or adjustments as instructed
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Work closely with the team to improve overall customer satisfaction
