Virtual Assistant (Shopify + Admin Support)

I am the owner of a luxury hair brand and salon suite business. I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage backend operations and support daily business tasks.

Responsibilities include:
- Updating products and pricing on Shopify
- Uploading and organizing inventory
- Drafting and scheduling email campaigns
- Responding to basic customer service emails
- Assisting with weekly promotions and organization
- Helping keep business operations structured and on track

Requirements:
- Experience with Shopify (required)
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized, proactive, and dependable
- Good communication skills

Important:
This role does NOT include managing my personal social media accounts.

Position Details:
- Part-time (10–20 hours per week to start)
- Remote position
