SEO and Search Ad Audit

Hi,
I am getting conflicting advice about how well our site is optimised for SEO. I am looking for an expert with at least 10 years experience in SEO specificially to audit the effectiveness of SEO, Search Ads and Google Ads.

They must be able to:
-Check if hreflang is set up and advise on effectiveness of current set-up
- Check if ---------- site ---------- site is set up correctly
- Perform a full audit - look at AI Search visibility, Best ranking key words, revenue generated and identify opportunities
