Appointment Setter / Sales Caller (English Speaking, Confident on Phone)

We are looking for a confident and professional appointment setter / live transfer specialist to help handle incoming leads and connect them directly with local business owners. We are a new company looking to grow, and we are excited to find a great long-term fit for this role.

Your main responsibility will be calling new leads as soon as they come in, qualifying them quickly, and then performing a live transfer directly to the business owner so the lead can speak with them immediately.

This role also includes calling local business owners to introduce our service, build interest, and help bring on new partners.

This role requires excellent spoken English, confidence on the phone, and the ability to keep both leads and business owners engaged during conversations.

Responsibilities:

-Call new leads shortly after they come in from ads and landing pages
-Confirm their service needs and location
-Qualify whether they are a good fit for the business owner
-Keep the lead engaged and interested on the phone
-Perform a live transfer directly to the local contractor / business owner
-Call local business owners to introduce our services and build interest
-Help qualify interested business owners as potential partners
-Update lead notes and call status in the CRM (GoHighLevel)
-Follow up on missed calls and voicemails

Requirements:

-Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation
-Confident, friendly, and professional phone presence
-Comfortable speaking with both leads and business owners
-Experience in appointment setting, call center, or live transfers preferred
-Ability to speak naturally and build quick trust
-Reliable internet and quiet work environment
-Comfortable working inside a CRM (GoHighLevel experience preferred)

Compensation:

Hourly pay starting at $4/hr + performance bonus based on successful live transfers & closed deals
