JOB OVERVIEW

Remote | Part Time with growth potential (currently about 24 hours per month)

We are a new luxury wellness brand seeking an E-commerce Specialist to oversee online store operations, customer experience, inventory coordination, and social media execution. This role works directly with the founder and requires strong ownership, independence, and attention to detail. You are the type of person who likes to figure out things on your own, provide excellent solutions, and like to work independently. The customer service, reporting, and social moderation will take less than 30 minutes per day (7 days per week) at our current volume, and the social media content creation should take 9 hours per month. This is a total of approximately 24 hours of work per month with a monthly salary of $130 (roughly $5.40/hour). However, as we get busier, we will increase hours and pay. Responsibilities can also increase for the right candidate who can grow into a higher position if they prove themselves. The founder is friendly and wants someone who is a top performer and lovely to work with.

Responsibilities:
Manage customer service across email, and social platforms while delivering a luxury-level customer experience
Handle customer disputes, returns, replacements, and escalations professionally
Moderate social media comments and messages daily
Create, design, and schedule social media content a minimum of three times per week using our internal AI content method
Ensure all content and communication consistently reflects luxury brand standards and refined aesthetic quality
Maintain and schedule the social media content calendar using Meta Business Suite
Track inventory levels, monitor sales trends, and provide reorder recommendations with supplier ordering
Support smooth day-to-day ecommerce operations without requiring supervision
Provide weekly reporting outlining operational issues, emerging risks, package quality concerns, and product quality feedback
Proactively identify risks to customer experience or brand reputation

Requirements:
C2 level English proficiency required
Mandatory Shopify experience
Mandatory Canva experience
Mandatory Instagram content creation experience
AI image creation experience
Experience using Meta Business Suite and Instagram preferred
Strong eye for design and refined taste aligned with luxury brands
Comfortable working independently without direction or hand-holding
Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-focused
Able to embody luxury brand standards in communication, decision-making, and execution

We envision building a long-term relationship with opportunities for growth across different areas of the business. Once you’ve mastered this initial role, there may be opportunities to expand your responsibilities and increase your compensation by taking on additional tasks such as:

- AI ad creative - create 30 video ads per month using Higgsfield (15 hours/month)
- SEO blog post - create 4 high-converting blog posts per month (8 hours/month)
- Klaviyo Email campaigns - create 12 email campaigns per month (20 hours/month)
- Take on the founder’s second brand in home decor (50 hours/mo)
