T- Shirt Designer

I'm looking for a good T-Shirt designer to work with. We are doing 3 - 10 new T-shirt designs per week currently. The files should be in png. format. Most of our designs have funny sayings with some kind of graphic. We will provide all the info needed for each design. I would pay by the hour on an as needed basis. We hope to find a long term partner to work with and we can grow the business together. We want someone with design skills and who is responsive and responsible. Thanks, -Jason
