Virtual Assistant - Home Health Experience Preferred

We’re a growing U.S.-based home health company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team.
8 hours/day (U.S. EST hours)
Responsibilities:
Assign and schedule cases to therapists
Communicate with therapists and partner agencies
Organize, upload and submit documentation and invoices to partner agencies
Manage HR files and records
Track and update data in spreadsheets

Requirements:
Strong English communication
Proficient in Excel & Google Sheets
Experience with Adobe (PDFs/forms)
Organized, accurate, and dependable
Past Experience in the US home health industry preferred
