Social Media Manager

We are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to handle multiple Instagram accounts with a focus on consistent growth, engagement, and audience retention.

This is not just a posting role — we are looking for someone who understands how to make content perform.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and post content across multiple Instagram accounts daily
- Publish a mix of reels, static posts, and carousel content
- Write engaging captions tailored to each post
- Edit short-form video content when needed (Reels)
- Schedule and organize content consistently
- Maintain a strong and consistent posting rhythm

Content & Tools:
- Use tools such as Canva and CapCut to enhance content quality
- Ensure posts are visually appealing and aligned with current trends
- Optimize content for engagement and retention, not just volume

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing Instagram accounts
- Strong understanding of what makes content go viral or perform well
- Ability to balance speed with quality
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Good communication and reliability
