Position: IT & Digital Support Virtual Assistant
Hours: Part-time – 1 to 2 days per week
Location: Remote / Online
Industry: Property Management / Short-Term Rentals

We are seeking an experienced IT and Digital Support Virtual Assistant to assist with technical, website and marketing tasks for a growing business.

This role is not entry level and requires someone confident working with WordPress websites, SEO, Canva and digital content creation. Reel editing, email campaign design and execution.

You will assist with maintaining our website, updating marketing materials and supporting the business with digital improvements and branding updates.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management

• Updating and maintaining our WordPress website
• Uploading and editing website content
• Assisting with SEO updates and optimisation
• Implementing improvements to help increase website visibility and traffic
• Supporting general website maintenance and troubleshooting

Design & Business Materials

• Creating professional Canva documents and business information booklets
• Updating marketing materials and guest information guides
• Designing and updating email signatures
• Assisting with logo updates and branding consistency

?

Social Media & Content Creation

• Creating social media content and reels
• Assisting with basic content creation for Instagram and Facebook
• Designing visual content using Canva

IT & Digital Support

• Assisting with general IT and digital tasks as required
• Supporting system updates and small technical projects
• Helping implement improvements to digital workflows and systems

Essential Requirements

Applicants must have experience with:

• WordPress website management
• SEO basics and website optimisation
• Canva design
• Social media content creation and reels
• Creating professional digital documents and marketing materials
• Strong written English and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently

Desirable (but not essential)

• Experience supporting small businesses or property management companies
• Graphic design or branding experience
• Basic understanding of website analytics or SEO tools
