• Ask if they want to sell
• Collect basic info (condition, price, timeline)
• Send leads to me daily

Requirements:
• Good English
• Confident speaking
• Not afraid of rejection
• Experience is a plus (not required)

Pay:
• $4/hour + bonuses per deal
