Virtual Assistant (TikTok Shop + Shopify Support)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our TikTok Shop and Shopify operations.
This role involves link management, product organization, and platform updates.

Primary Responsibilities:

???? TikTok Shop Affiliate Support
Access TikTok Shop to retrieve product links
Match each video with the correct product link
Post product links in the comments section of:

Facebook
YouTube
Pinterest
Ensure links are accurate and working
Complete tasks daily or as content is posted

????? Shopify Product Organization (Initial Project):
Combine multiple individual product listings into one main product listing
Example:
20 separate herb listings ? 1 listing with multiple options/variants
Organize products clearly under:
Variants (size, type, etc.)
Proper titles and structure
Maintain clean, consistent product pages

???? TikTok Shop Business Account Updates (Ongoing Work):
Update TikTok Shop Business account with:
New Shopify product listings
Updated product information
Ensure products are:
Synced correctly
Displaying properly
Assist with general TikTok Shop management tasks

Skills & Experience Required
Experience with:
TikTok Shop (Affiliate or Business side preferred)
Shopify (product listings, variants, organization)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and systems
Organized and reliable
Good written English

Nice to Have (Bonus):
Experience with content repurposing workflows
Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest)
Basic understanding of e-commerce product structuring
