Schedule: ~40 hours/week (generally 12pm - 8pm MST); evenings/weekends as needed

The Opportunity
We’re seeking an energetic, motivated Call Center and Scheduling Agent with a sparkling personality, a strong inside-sales mindset, and comfort spending most of the day on the phone. This role involves a lot of outbound calling and repetitive, process-driven tasks. You’ll own Speed-to-Lead, convert interest into qualified, scheduled appointments, and manage the sales calendar for maximum efficiency.
What You’ll Do
Lead Generation & Appointment Setting (Outbound-Heavy)
Make high-volume outbound calls and conduct structured call-downs of lead lists; handle inbound calls as they arrive.
Follow talk tracks to qualify prospects, practice empathetic listening, and set high-quality in-home appointments.
Execute timely follow-ups using a three-point touch system; prioritize Speed-to-Lead on all new inquiries.
Meet or exceed daily activity targets (e.g., calls placed, contacts made, leads converted to appointments, speed to lead, speed to meet.)
Scheduling & Coordination
Own and optimize the sales calendar to reduce gaps, reschedules, and no-shows.
Coordinate with the Sales team on rehashes and the Production team for additional appointments, and service-call needs.

Systems & Reporting
Create, update, and manage customer records in a CRM.
Maintain configurations between texting/lead-gen/scheduling tools and the CRM.
Prepare and share monthly lead reports; track set/show/sale KPIs and recommend improvements.
Team, Coachability & Growth
Be coachable and eager to sharpen communication skills through feedback and role-play.
Help document scripts/talk tracks and daily rhythms; lead by example.
As the department grows, assist with recruiting, onboarding, and coaching new representatives.
What We’re Looking For

Inside-sales mindset with a track record of converting leads to appointments.
Preferred: Business Administration degree; 2+ years in construction/home services.
Comfortable with construction terminology; proficient with basic office and marketing tools.
Able to sit at a computer for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
Able to pass a background check; willing to sign a Confidentiality Agreement.

Compensation
$10 USD per hour
Full-Time (40 hours/week)
U.S. Mountain Time schedule
13th Month Loyalty Bonus: After 12 consecutive months of strong performance, you receive one full additional month of pay.
